Refund & Return Policy

At The Gentlemen, customer satisfaction is at the heart of what we do. If you are not entirely pleased with your purchase, we’ve designed a clear and fair return process to support you.


1. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The return request must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and packaged as received.

  • A valid proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email) is required.

  • Unless the item is defective or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Gift cards

  • Personal care items (e.g., cosmetics, hygiene products)

  • Clearance and final sale items

Important: All returns must be sent to our designated returns center in China.


2. How to Return a Product

Step 1: Submit Your Request
Complete our Return Request Form or email us at info@storethegentlemen.com with your order number and reason for return.

Step 2: Receive Return Instructions
Once your return is approved, we will send you detailed return instructions and the correct warehouse address.

Step 3: Ship Your Item
Send your item using a trackable shipping method. The Gentlemen is not liable for lost return shipments.

Step 4: Refund Processing
After inspecting your return, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.


3. Exchanges

Need a different size or color?
You can request an exchange through our Return Form. Exchanges depend on stock availability.


4. Alternative Solutions

We understand that international returns can be costly. That’s why we offer simplified options:

  • 50% Refund without Return – Keep the item and receive an immediate 50% refund.

  • Store Credit – Receive the full value of your purchase in store credit, no return required.


5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Received the wrong or a faulty item?
Email us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. We’ll arrange a free replacement or a full refund.


6. Refund Timing

  • Refunds are issued 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, funds may take additional time to appear in your account.


7. Return Shipping Responsibility

  • Return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless the item is faulty or sent in error.

  • All returns must be shipped to our China-based warehouse.

  • Use trackable shipping to avoid disputes. We are not responsible for packages lost in transit.
